Case Questions
Definitely. Our phone cases are a precision fit for your device.
Our anime phone cases can generally be cleaned with mild soap and water, then air dried or gently dried with paper towels.
They can! We offer a wide range of cell phone cases in many different materials, we have frosted, metal, holster, silicone, TPU, PC, ABS. In our experience all cases will protect your phone from normal wear and tear.
The easiest way to remove the protective phone case is to peel off the case outer layer first. Walk around the device until the entire outer layer is disconnected.

Order/Return Questions
In general, for products in our US warehouse, our products usually arrive within 2-6 business days of receiving your order. However, our products sell out quickly due to overwhelming demand, so please allow 1-5 business days for production. Most of our orders are shipped using USPS, so your order should arrive within 7 business days of shipment. For more information, please see our Shipping Policy page
If you have already placed your order online, please be sure to review your order confirmation carefully. If you find any errors, please email us at support@helloanimecases.com immediately within 6 hours of placing your order. Due to our automated system, once an order is submitted online, it is automatically submitted to our fulfillment department. Please note that orders placed more than 6 hours ago cannot be modified and you will need to cancel your existing order and resubmit a new one.
We apologize for the unexpected delay in your order. Below are possible reasons why your order was not processed: 1. The billing address on the order does not match the billing address to which the card statement was mailed 2. Funds are unavailable 3. Lost or incorrect credit card or CVC number 4. For most credit cards, enter the three digits that follow the account number on the back of the card. If you have an American Express card, enter the four-digit number printed on the front of the card above the account number. 5. Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date only for products purchased directly from HelloAnimeCases.com. In addition, we support no-excuse returns for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
