How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Processing time: Verification of order details, purchasing, quality check and packaging. All orders are shipped from our factory or manufacturer within 48 hours of placing the order and receiving payment. After that, your package will arrive within 5-15 business days depending on your location and stock availability.

Where do you ship from?

Helloanimecases works closely with top global merchants around the world to source and provide the latest anime phone cases on the market to you at the best prices. Instead of traveling to retail stores or searching thousands of different websites to compare prices and learn about new products, you can enjoy a one-stop shopping experience at Helloanimecases. Your order can be shipped from China, US warehouses, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and anywhere else, depending on the current inventory of the product you are purchasing.

Orders and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and purchase details. You may cancel your order or change your shipping information up to midnight on the day you place your order. 6 hours later, we will process your order for stocking, packing and shipping, which usually takes 1-2 business days. After processing, you will receive an email “Shipping Confirmation”.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another “Shipping Update” email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first few days after receiving the “Shipping Update” email. There may be a few days between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected receipt date.

Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days of order placement, including the QA process, testing and packaging.

Most hot product orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse within 24-72 hours for your maximum convenience and efficiency.

The only downside to our service is that our products are so popular that we may run out of stock in our US warehouse. Don't worry, we have alternate warehouses in Asia and if needed, we will ship directly from our warehouse and your order will arrive within 1 to 2 weeks (US only). Your time is valuable and we don't waste it.
For worldwide (non-US) customers. Depending on your shipping address, your product will arrive within 2-5 weeks.
We apologize for any delays in shipment that may occur if the shipment needs to be cleared or inspected, or if there are shipping delays due to courier services.

Shipping Disclaimer

1. ORDER UPDATES: Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes to it. This means that we cannot update the shipping address, shipping method or items in your order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We will not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

3 . Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages: Once your order is shipped, we have no further control over the delivery. If you believe your package has been lost, stolen or misplaced, we recommend that you file a claim with the courier.

4 . Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders scanned as “delivered”. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you contact your local post office and file a claim.

5 . Tracking Number: You can find the tracking number in the shipment confirmation email that will be sent to the email address you used to place your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be verified. 6.

6. Return Shipping: If you need to return an item, we are not responsible for return shipping costs. However, we will issue a return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund.

7 . Our Distribution Centers: Orders may be shipped from our Domestic Distribution Centers or International Distribution Centers, depending on current inventory.
