Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of arrival. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made for items delivered more than 30 days. We accept returns of products shipped by us, as well as items that are defective due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Merchandise must be returned with proof of purchase.
In general, for products in our US warehouse, our products usually arrive within 2-6 business days of receiving your order.
However, our products sell out quickly due to overwhelming demand, so please allow 1-5 business days for production. Most of our orders are shipped using USPS, so your order should arrive within 7 business days of shipment.
