How long does it take to ship?
In general, for products in our US warehouse, our products usually arrive within 2-6 business days of receiving your order.
However, our products sell out quickly due to overwhelming demand, so please allow 1-5 business days for production. Most of our orders are shipped using USPS, so your order should arrive within 7 business days of shipment.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
- Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.
- Please send a photo of the item together by email. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

How To Return My Items?
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of order, we support returns within 7 days of receipt for a refund with no excuses!
Items must be returned in their original condition as received, unworn/unused, with tags not removed, and include all original packaging.
